Hey April! Yes, that is a catfish! Can you believe it? I haven't commented on any of the pics yet - gotta go back and do that. :-) That one catfish weighed 35 lbs!!!!!! It was a monster. We have not made shuba (is that the "herring under the fur coat" dish?), but we do have a freezer full of fish. Maybe I can get some recipes from you for shuba. That's a dish that I have not attempted yet.
