William's Annual Crawfish Boil 2011

John (Misha's boss) and his wife Carol host an awesome Crawfish Boil every spring and this year did not disappoint!  We had a blast hanging out in the backyard, getting to know friends/co-workers/spouses better, and having a cold drink to go with the extra-spicy seafood. 

Just for clarification, I didn't eat the crawfish (not a fan), but I have tried them.  I am, however, a fan of the cute party beads and cups that go along with the crawfish theme!  ;-)

Here's what I feasted on:

Low country boil complete with potatoes, corn on the cobb, sausage, and yummy shrimp!  Hmm, Hmm!

Hanging out with one of Misha's co-workers - Chris & his wife Julia.  Come to find out, she is a blogger (and gardener) too!  I'm thinking there will be more blog posts to come with these two!  We've got plans for hiking, hookah, and a road-side vegetable stand.  :-)
